    Outsourcing blog writing tasks can streamline your workload. Content creation, such as writing posts and designing visuals, can be delegated to skilled freelancers. And managing SEO strategies, social media promotion, and editing can be entrusted to experts.

    Link building

    When it comes to promoting your blog, no other activity is as important as link building. Once you are sure that your blog is getting filled with great content on a regular basis, then building links should be your next main priority. This is also known as off-page SEO.

    What are backlinks? When another website mentions your blog with a link, that link is called a backlink. And this backlink goes in your favor because it acts as a vote. The other website is basically vouching for you.  

    So if you can get more websites to link to you, the more votes you will have. And the more votes you will have, the more trustworthy you will appear to people and search engines. And the more exposure you will get from them.

    In the second option, you have planned and outlined the post. So the writer has a clear understanding of the information he should cover. And the total of your time spent on the post will probably be 2-4 hours.

    Now, how can you outsource blog writing? Many blog owners use platforms like Upwork and Fiverr for this purpose. This may be okay in the beginning but I don’t see it as a viable option in the long run.

    The writers available on these websites can be unreliable and the quality of their work is questionable.     Also, mention that whoever applies should share their writing samples and rates. Within a few days, you’re going to get many applications. Now’s the time to scan through them and find the candidates who are suitable for your niche and budget.

    Once you’ve shortlisted a few writers, you can test them with a paid assignment. Share a content brief with them and ask them to write a blog post according to that brief. Then make your decision based on how they perform in the assignment.

    You should hire someone who not only writes well, but also communicates well and delivers his work on time.

    If you want to grow your blog, you’d not just be writing blog posts for your blog. You’d also be writing a ton of guest posts.

    But once I understood Blogger.com’s limitations, I started working on moving my blog to WordPress, a blogging platform that has stood the test of time. 

    Over the years, I have also switched between many WordPress themes, plugins, hosting providers, and other blogging tools. 

    And every time I have switched from one thing to another, it has taken me some time to remove the previous tool and configure a new one. I have also had to learn to customize and make minor tweaks to my blog.
